The new foam midsole really does make a difference on longer runs, my legs felt fresher than usual at mile eight. Zero drop took a couple outings to adjust to, but now my stride feels smooth and efficient.

I've put about fifty miles on these and the EGO foam still feels springy underfoot, not flat like other shoes I've owned. The rocker-like stride keeps me moving forward without thinking about it, which makes my morning runs feel almost too easy.

The moment I slipped these on, the EGOTM P35 foam felt like a whole new level of cushioning—light but springy underfoot. My last tempo run felt almost effortless, and the ride stayed smooth right up to the final mile. Definitely my new go-to for those days I want to chase a personal best.
