I dropped these into my trail runners before a rocky descent and my feet stopped feeling every jagged edge. The removable insert is soft but still stable, and I like that I can swap it between my two pairs of shoes.

These things disappeared into my shoes and I forgot they were even there until I hit a stretch of loose scree. The removable insert stayed put and gave me a much steadier step over all the uneven junk on the trail.

I’ve put these inserts through rocky descents and gravelly fire roads for a month now, and my feet feel noticeably less battered afterward. They’re thin enough to slip into my existing trail shoes without changing the fit, but they still give that soft, stable platform I didn’t know I was missing.
