Men's Vanish Carbon 2

Ran my first tempo run in these and the carbon plate really does push you forward on toe-off. They're way lighter than my old trainers, though the flexibility took a couple miles to get used to.

The foam midsole is incredibly soft underfoot but still feels snappy when I push the pace, and the flexibility improvement makes a real difference on my longer runs. It's honestly the lightest shoe I've owned, which is saying something since I've tried a lot of racers.

The full-length carbon plate gives such a crisp snap on toe-off that my last tempo run felt almost easy. The shoe also flexes better than I expected, which makes those sharp turns on the track a lot less clunky.
